Wild Forest Moon

Your body has been trying to get your attention.

Your body has been trying to get your attention.

You’ve adjusted your diet. You’ve tried to power through the stress. You’ve told yourself it’s “just hormones” or “just anxiety.”

But the bloating keeps returning. The constipation lingers. Your body feels tight, reactive, or unpredictable.

These symptoms aren’t random. They’re signals.

When your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long, digestion changes. Sleep shifts. Energy dips. Inspiration and creativity feel distant.

Wild Rhythm begins by listening — and restoring the steadiness your body has been asking for.

I believe your body tells the truth.

Hello there!

Jamie Burnett
Embodied Health Guide + Founder of Wild Forest Moon

For years, I lived in a body that felt reactive — tight digestion, chronic tension, a nervous system that didn’t know how to fully land. I tried to out-discipline it. I tried to think my way through it.

What changed wasn’t another protocol.

It was learning how to regulate, to listen, and to work with my body — and with nature — instead of against it.

Now, as a Certified Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and Tantra Yoga Therapist, I guide women through that same shift — from managing symptoms to restoring rhythm.

Grounded lived experience, shared with you.
